Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring all aspects of inventory flows and processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and productivity
  2. Managing and maintaining an accurate stock level as per budgetary guidelines and in compliance to the standard operating procedures
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  4. Preparing regular reports such as expenses, and general office budget, and organizing company records
  5. Ensuring appropriate policies are in place with regard to procurement and tendering processes to secure the best deals for the organization from suppliers and service providers.
  6. Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and regularly monitoring key aspects of supplier performance
  7. Managing 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  8. Leading/participating in contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with the legal teams
  9. Improving overall inventory accuracy, accountability and reporting achieved by ensuring best practice process and procedures are in place
  10. Leading contract reviews from a commercial, operational perspective, contract negotiation, and liaising with legal team as required
  11. Ensuring all contracts/vendors are compliant with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements
  12. Tracking and reporting on contracts/vendors reviewed on a monthly/quarterly basis

Job Requirements

  1. Academic qualification of either a B.Sc Degree or an HND
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  3. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
