Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization, provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization.
- Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests
- Assigning user’s requests to different workgroups using fresh service
- Resolving IT Issuethrough phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal Service desk alongside other first level functions
- Must resolve 35%of all tickets logged against Technology Group
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years work experience.
- Candidates should be proficient in the use of MS excel, CRM, ITIL and data visualization tools
Must have qualities:
- Proficient in MS office Suites
- Excellent Verbal Communication
