Job Position: IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization, provide First level IT support Call prioritization, categorization.
  2. Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests
  3. Assigning user’s requests to different workgroups using fresh service
  4. Resolving IT Issuethrough phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal Service desk alongside other first level functions
  5. Must resolve 35%of all tickets logged against Technology Group

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years work experience.
  • Candidates should be proficient in the use of MS excel, CRM, ITIL and data visualization tools
