Job Position: Customer Care Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Answer questions about account types and investment products.
  2. Ability to communicate in English both in writing and speaking
  3. Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
  4. Review and explain savings and investment earnings to customers
  5. Assist with profile update
  6. Assist with address changes
  7. Take inventory
  8. Assist and enlighten customers on interest on investment
  9. Help customers with complaints and question
  10. Knowledge of using computer appreciations
  11. Ability to update company’s offers on social media
  12. Attracts potential cutsomers by answering products and service questions.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
  • Age must not be more than 24 years old.

Salary
N3,400,000 – N4,000,000 annually.
