Job Position: Assistant Marketing Manager (Wet Hair)

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Brand Manager in all activities pertaining the brand’s wet hair
    category
  2. Utilize effective business management skills and market research insights to ensure
    Annual Operating Plan for the Wet Hair Category is achieved and surpassed.
  3. Collaborate on innovations & renovations and recommend new product development
    based on market trend and consumer needs.
  4. Develop and execute monthly brand and quarterly brand plan which feed into overall
    annual plans for the Wet Hair Category.
  5. Stay updated on trends and make informed category decisions.
  6. Brand asset and communication materials development
  7. Supervise agency management (ATL & BTL); and liaise with the Digital Team to ensure
    effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  8. Prepare repts on overall brand performance, when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 4 – 5 years of experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager
  • Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager.
