Job Position: Operations Assistant
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the principal realtor.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of clients’ real estate documentation.
- Appointment schedule coordination.
- Attend meetings, site inspection and open-houses with principal realtor and provide on-hand assistance.
- Obtain clients feedback, report to management and update database
- Order supplies, prepare and distribute marketing materials to increase sales.
- Represent principal realtor at meetings and site inspections when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 2 years experience in a Personal assistant or related role.
- Must reside at Sangogtedo/ Ajah axis
- Real estate knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication and friendly disposition
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional client interaction skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to details and problem-solving skills
