Job Position: Operations Assistant

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support to the principal realtor.
  2. Assist with preparation and delivery of clients’ real estate documentation.
  3. Appointment schedule coordination.
  4. Attend meetings, site inspection and open-houses with principal realtor and provide on-hand assistance.
  5. Obtain clients feedback, report to management and update database
  6. Order supplies, prepare and distribute marketing materials to increase sales.
  7. Represent principal realtor at meetings and site inspections when necessary.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree holder with 2 years experience in a Personal assistant or related role.
  2. Must reside at Sangogtedo/ Ajah axis
  3. Real estate knowledge is an advantage
  4. Excellent written and oral communication and friendly disposition
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  6. Able to work independently
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  9. Exceptional client interaction skills
  10. Ability to multitask with attention to details and problem-solving skills
