Job Position: Digital Marketer / Executive Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the CEO to prepare for meetings.
  2. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  3. Receiving guests on behalf of the CEO, and deciding if they will meet the CEO.
  4. Handle various social media platforms
  5. Research and source brand influencers/models
  6. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  7. Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
  8. Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings.
  9. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO.
  10. Create content, calender campaigns to drive sales.
  11. Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.
  12. Actively manage and promote our various social media platforms, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
  13. Edit content produced by other members of the team.
  14. Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
  16. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
  17. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
  18. Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
  19. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  20. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the organization, and then contextualizing your findings.
  21. Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
  2. Strong Organizational and time management Skills
  3. Knowledge of SEO, and all social media platforms is a MUST
  4. Writing skiils a must
  5. Strong wriiten and verbal communication skills.
  6. Must be Smart and Creative
  7. Idea of social media ad’s and content creation would be an advantage
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  10. Discretion and confidentiality
  11. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  12. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
