GEM Peculiar School was established on the 19th of August 2005. It was a dream come true with the aim and common Interest “To educate the total Child”. The desire to establish the school was born out of passion to create an opportunity for the educational needs. We aim at ensuring our students are well equipped with the right academic skills which would empower them to thrive academically and socially.

Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
  2. Record notes and messages for the employer
  3. Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  4. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
  5. Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staff as required
  6. Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary
  7. Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  8. Read and write correspondence in mail or email
  9. Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
  10. Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  12. Strong customer service and social skills
  13. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  14. Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  15. Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
  16. Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time
