Job Position: Financial Analyst

Job Description
- You will be working as Financial Analyst and will be the part of Motion business area for BA Function Finance division based in Lagos, Nigeria.
- In this role you will be responsible for process accounting transactions for country Financial Analyst in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and local regulation requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Processes financial analyst for the country tasks and transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing
- Monitoring and reviewing all country fiduciary tasks under country holding office supervision such as statutory, banks relation, tax investigation, internal control, real estate, profitability analysis and raise flag at early stage
- Maintaining the correct and timely reports that might be required on the country level, performing necessary activities within the country level to ensure accurate and timely reporting and strengthening the ban relationship with fully coordination with each function manager
- Executing analysis and reporting as assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary, complying with and helping achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documents
- Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues on the country level to maximize the transparency and integrity levels on the country level
- High availability and responsiveness beyond working hours to support critical country requests such as tax investigation and reconciliation with local tax authority, strong contribution in the financial statement preparation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in account receivable is required, taxes and auditing background is a plus
- Good team player, knowledge of SAP, relentless ownership, dedication and thoroughness
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
