Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  5. Make travel arrangements
  6. Take dictation and minutes
  7. Source office supplies
  8. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  9. Devise and maintain an office filing system

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or HND in any field
  •  2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Work experience as a Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Smart and good-looking.
  • Must be very gentle and calm in any situation.
  • The preferred candidate must be based on the island.
  • Male preferably.
