Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive/Officer
Job Location: Lekki 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Sales department.
- You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our internal and external clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end.
- Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- The position will involve maintaining and developing all the company marketing activities.
- Responsible for the majority of the marketing functions from database management, sales support, website management, data analysis, database management and e-marketing.
- Increasing the company’s PR by liaising with agencies and Designers.
- Assisting in the design and creation of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogues.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring maximum company exposure.
- Organize, attend and run exhibitions and promotional events and overall project management.
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
- Supervise sales account representatives
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Establish best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5years proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in a Telecoms, Real estate or related industry
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Hands on experience with customer service
- Closing deals and meeting required targets
- Has good working relationship with clients in Telecoms industry
- An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
