Job Position: Site Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  2. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  3. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  4. Inspect construction sites and assigned floors regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  5. Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
  6. Preparing schedules, work progress, and other reports
  7. Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and labourers.
  8. Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, and other related fields.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a site supervisor.
  3. Strong leadership qualities
  4. Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  5. Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
