Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively whilst answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Candidates must have quality Focus.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively.
- Strong phone contatct handling skills and active listening.
