Job Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ojodu Berger, Surulere, and Opebi – Lagos

Job Description

  1. Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines.
  2. Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers.
  3. Keeping a proper record of the customers.
  4. Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
  5. Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience working in a confectionery company is an added advantage.
  • Must be ready to work on Saturdays

Salary
N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
