Job Position: Business Development / Customer Service Personnel

Job Location: Island and Mainland – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop growth strategies, plans and new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; support the expansion of Dijo Waste Servicer’s institutional pipeline.
  3. Identify and pre-qualify new bid opportunities via online and offline searches.
  4. Achieve revenue targets through resource mobilization strategies.
  5. Manage proposal processes and pipelines, from capture through technical development, drafting, narrative reviews, and finalization.
  6. Coordinate proposal calendars, holding teams accountable to ensure the development of competitive proposal packages.
  7. Tracking and assessing new project opportunities and proactively contributing to marketing efforts to build a pipeline of high-quality business opportunities.
  8. Be responsible for building and maintaining a deep understanding of the proposal development process and will assist in ensuring compliance with client solicitations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification.

Skills Set:

  1. Good and effective communication
  2. Make inform decisions on sales.
  3. Must be able to negotiate.
  4. Must have good marketing skills and good on social media.
  5. Good on data analysis tools (excel and google sheets).
