Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are currently recruiting for a company building the operating system for 40 million Nigerian Entrepreneurs and businesses. With their mobile app business, you can open a business bank account in 5 minutes and get powerful tools to run a business (Loans, Invoicing, CRM, Inventory, e-commerce + More).
  2. We are looking for smart Account Managers who are able to communicate directly with clients, understand their individual needs, support and recommend products or services that maximize value.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain key member accounts
  2. Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better member experience
  3. Provide support to key members by learning about and satisfying their needs
  4. Research, analyze and interpret data from various sources
  5. Make cold calls or reach out to members
  6. Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  7. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective members
  8. Compile and analyze data to find trends
  9. Convert analysis into business insights
  10. Support the development of sales strategies
  11. Handle member complaints

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. Previous experience working in customer experience
  3. Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends
  4. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to understand member needs
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  8. Attention to detail
  9. High self-initiative
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N220,000 – N292,000 monthly.
