Nett Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical company incorporated in Nigeria in May, 2003 as a limited liability company. It is licensed by the Pharmacists’ Council of Nigeria to engage in the sales and distribution of all types of pharmaceutical products.

Job Position: Audit Officer

Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos

Job Duties

  1. Monitor compliance/adherence to company policies and report defaulters to the appropriate quarters
  2. Detect and prevent fraud with the sole aim of safeguarding company assets
  3. Conduct prepayment and post payment review of all expenses and suppliers invoices before payments
  4. Random inventory audit of branches, central store and submit reports
  5. Actual inventory audit of branches, central store and submit reports on same
  6. Carry out audit trail of all transactions in the Enterprise Software (SAP) and give necessary reports management.
  7. Check to ensure products are properly priced to avoid revenue leakages (by random checking of transfer papers)
  8. Management of Product Expiration and drastically minimize expiration of products across branches.
  9. Confirm actual quantity of products purchased and transferred to branches and central store against invoice
  10. Ensure product transfer circle is completed by checking of transfer sheets
  11. Audit Monthly Payroll
  12. Proficiency in PowerPoint & Enterprise Software (SAP)
  13. Effectively execute any other assigned duty.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years work experience.
