Job Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We’re currently looking to hire a MaleOffice Assistant. The Ideal Candidate will handle organizational and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
  2. Sorting and sending mail
  3. Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
  4. Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
  5. Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping
  6. Answering phone calls and taking messages
  7. Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  8. Welcoming visitors to the office
  9. Providing visitors with information
  10. Resolving office-related issues

Job Requirements

  1. Maximum of OND
  2. Male
  3. Living within Garki and environs
  4. Has at least 2 years relevant in an Office environment.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
