Job Position: Senior Sales Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare sales plan with a road map to achieve planned business objective through identification and tapping new business opportunities; with profit responsibility.
  2. Ensure Sales Targets are achieved through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  3. Manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOPs. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
  4. Submit sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure for key accounts mapping and growth.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
  6. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  7. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
  8. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.
  10. Closely following up on all business leads.
  11. Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.
  12. Overcome the client’s resistance or hesitation and be able to offer solutions to problems
  13. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  14. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  15. Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.
  16. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
  17. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
  18. Oversee the sales team performance to ensure company targets are met by holding daily check-in to set their objectives and achievements.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
  2. Minimum Experience: 5 – 7 Years with proven records of success.
  3. Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competency and Skills Requirements:

  1. Graphic design, digital marketing/social media management skills.
  2. Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets, and closing deals.
  3. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent ability to provide consultative guidance to prospects and customers
  5. Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  6. A quick learner with strong negotiating skills, with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
  7. Proven ability for technical selling and ability to prospect, commercialize and maintain accounts.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate to a variety of audiences including senior management, customers, and co-workers.
  9. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  10. Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  11. Proximity to Yaba.

Salary
N150,000 monthly, plus other benefits and sales commission.
