Job Position: Human Resource / Admin Manager

Job Location: Mile 2, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing employee data as well as updating the policies of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organize and maintains personnel records
  2. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts etc
  3. Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
  4. Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
  5. Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation
  7. Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
  8. Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
  9. Ensures the smooth running of the company
  10. Processing internal arrangements such as travel, transportation, etc

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc Degree or HND Specialization in Admin / HR Personnel Management.
  2. Professional certifications
  3. Minimum 5 years experience in a related position
  4. Knowledge of HR and Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  5. Excellent communication (written & Oral), planning, organization and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
  7. Ability to handle stress and provide solutions to problems.
  8. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  9. Ability to think and act strategically.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
