Job Position: Human Resources / Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all administrative matters of the office are running smoothly.
  2. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  3. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  4. Maintain and update company databases
  5. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  6. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in Abuja Branch
  7. Actively participate in recruitment by writing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process for the Abuja Branch.
  8. Create and implement effective onboarding strategies for the Abuja Branch.
  9. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  10. Maintain employee records and send copies to the Abuja Branch.
  11. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.

Job Requirements

  1. A relevant OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  2. Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Human Resources/ Administrative Assistant.
  3. Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, benefit, etc.)
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be smart and teachable.
  7. Have keen attention to details.
  8. Abilities to work under minimal supervision.
  9. It is a plus if you can drive a car within Abuja and have a valid driver’s license.
