Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the business developers/marketers to make sure they meet their monthly targets.
- Train and manage the team members on how to meet their targets.
- Generate new ideas and strategies to grow the organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND
- 1 – 5 years work experience.
- Ability to work under zero supervision
- Ability to meet monthly target
- Good Leadership skill
- Excellent communication skill.
Salary
N50,000 – N200,000 monthly.
