Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones and Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
- Assist in Scheduling meetings and setting up the conference rooms.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Support all Unit Heads in the smooth running of their daily tasks where required
- Arrange appointments.
- Send email
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Time Management.
- Teamwork & Good Customer Service
- Ensure timely booking of the boardroom for meetings
Job Requirements
- Must possess an OND / HND in Communications, Public Relations, or Office Administration from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Must possess organisation, administrative, data entry, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
