Job Position: Administrative Manager
Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
Job Description
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Supervise day to day to operations including supervising the maintenance and alternation of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, and office equipment for staff
- Supervise member of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
- Prepare and edit correspondence communication, communication, presentation and another document
- Manage overall Administrative activities for the office
- Management of external relations
- Ensure daily sales are reconciled to such proper accounting
- Send monthly reports of incomes and expenses to Management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
- Scheduling and Planning
- Organizational skills
- Ordinate the activities of the Client Executive
- Performing other work related duties as assigned including corporate compliance team as needed
- Maintain working relationship and communication with all department
- Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Taking monthly stocks of items in the pharmacy
- Preparing hospital statistics
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Degree Holder
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Manager in Health care
- Resident in Lagos
- Good communication skills
