Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Development Strategist & Growth Marketing Associate for a tech startup that provides a marketplace for ideas and innovative crowd-sourcing solutions.
  • For this role, you will work in an exciting and fast-growing innovation Platform as a Service Model that helps businesses fast-track innovation and new product development

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients and users to ideas marketplace. co.
  2. Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and getting agreements signed up to handing over the deal to the Account Management Team.
  3. Explore the pain points of customers understand their needs and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sale style.
  4. Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities.
  5. Represent ideas marketplace at conferences, client meetings, and other industry-related events.
  6. Learn about Innovation as a service industry and how Ideasmarketplace provides a competitive solution to your potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
  • 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) and experience working with a diverse team;
  • Passionate for tech and innovation and loves the startup culture.
