Job Position: Sales and Service Support Trainee

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the sales team in the creation and execution of link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, PR, and social media presence.
  2. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  3. Develop online content including, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs.
  4. Support email and social media marketing campaigns.
  5. Contact, interview, and hire third-party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
  6. Create activities to boost engagements on Bühler Nigeria’s web presentations.
  7. Feed leads into the sales funnel.
  8. Support the sales team in creating market overviews.
  9. Develop marketing landscape for the different Buhler business areas to support value selling.
  10. Prepare and distribute marketing reports to the sales team.
  11. Monitoring and updating the Managing Director of the public and media opinions of Buhler Nigeria.

Job Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in the equipment/engineering industry, preferably in Marketing, Market Intelligence or Sales Support.
  • Fluent communication in English is mandatory. French, German or local languages proficiency is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior work experience in respective field (Internship, Full-Time) is an advantage.
  2. Willingness to learn new skills.
  3. Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company.
  4. Innovative Thinking.
