Job Position: Field Sales Representative (Account Opening)

Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for matured and agile field marketers, eager, young and mid-aged people with result driven qualities to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
  • The successful salesperson will source for new account openings.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Search out new sales opportunities.
  2. Onboard new accounts.
  3. Encourage growth within existing accounts.
  4. Develop new sales strategies.
  5. Negotiate agreements.
  6. Send daily and timely reports.
  7. Participate in negotiations for new accounts and assist to manage process.
  8. Assist sales managers and evaluate sale strategies for various accounts.
  9. Prepare forecasts for sales within timeframe.
  10. Administer value services for customers and ensure optimal level of customer services for field accounts.
  11. Analyse customer requirements and recommend solutions for various accounts.

Job Requirements

  1. An OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as proven account management and sales skills.
  2. Age should be between 21 – 45 years.
  3. Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
  4. Excellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; good listening skills; quick understanding of customer needs; strong sales skills; strong follow-up skills).
  5. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations.
  6. Prior field sales experience.
  7. Solid team player with outstanding integrity.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  9. Applicants must have proximity to one of the following locations (Ogba, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Ketu, Mile 12, Abule Egba, Alagbado, Sango, Alimoso, Ayobo Ipaja, Ikotun, Igando, Iba, Ikorodu, Ibeju Lekki).

Salary
N50,000 monthly
