Job Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be actively involved in the recruitment and hiring process.
  2. Create and implement effective on-boarding plans, develop training and development programs and assist in performance management processes.
  3. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  4. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  5. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience as HR officer/executive or other HR position
  2. Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment and selection, payroll management, employee relations etc.)
  3. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google worksheets) is a MUST
  5. Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  8. Strong work ethics and reliability First degree in any relevant field.
  9. HR certification is a plus.
