Job Position: Facility / Maintenance Engineer

Job Location: Lekki / Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Facility/Maintenance Engineers to join its team.
  • As Facility / Maintenance Engineers, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment
  2. Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
  3. Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs
  4. Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
  5. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
  6. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
  7. Review daily work orders and provide reports
  8. Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
  9. Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers
  10. Hands-on, Equipment Troubleshooting (generators, ACs, fridge & freezer, oven/electrical oven, water treatment plant, etc).

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facility/Maintenance Engineer
  3. Proven working experience as a Management level in the Hospitality industry is an added advantage
  4. Ability to follow directions and procedures
  5. Ability to work independently
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment
  7. Project management skills
  8. Report writing ability.
