Job Position: Head of School

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Plan, organise, direct, manage and supervise academic programs for pupils.
  2. Maintain, develop or modify the curriculum to meet the needs of children enrolled in the school and remain current with development in the field.
  3. Complete various tasks in meeting demands of this position
  4. Developing the staff, implementation and management of daily activities.
  5. Oversee all the school staff in administrating, planning and evaluating activities and lesson plans that promote development.
  6. Train and supervise the school staff by holding regular meetings and assisting classroom where necessary.
  7. Regularly monitor staff performance for improvement and development in their teaching.
  8. Provide day-to-day leadership for the teachers and work with staff to ensure high performance.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and hiring recommendation process for teachers.

Job Requirements

  1. B.A / B.Sc / B.Ed in relevant teaching subject or Educational Administration.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience. Experience in administrative responsibility.
  3. Member of TRCN.
  4. Passionate about Arts Education
  5. Experience in working or volunteering with a non profit organization is an added advantage.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
