Job Position: Van Sales Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Van Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the sales target for neighbourhood stores, open bars, kiosks in the assigned territory through effective coverage of such outlets in the location.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales target for assigned territory
  2. Distribute products in assigned territory in the right quantity and mix of products
  3. Identify and recruit new customers to grow the customer base.
  4. Manage the business relationship between Ekulo and customers in assigned territory
  5. Develop strong customer relationships across the account base, help drive brand advocacy and provide customer support for company products
  6. Maintain a positive and active relationship with customers by visiting outlets, checking stock availability, product presentation, and follow up checks on product supply
  7. Attend to customer requests and complaints.
  8. Implement trade programs and promotions
  9. Work with Category Managers in managing and monitoring promotional activities
  10. Create annual sales plan
  11. Prepare and submit sales activity reports
  12. Identify and report on competitive products
  13. Review achievements against targets and focus on any under-performing outlets to make sure assigned territory is performing.
