Job Position: Front Desk Representative / Office Assistant

Job Location: Yaba & Ogba (Ikeja), Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative / Office Assistants to undertake clients’ relations and office-related duties at our Yaba & Ogba (Ikeja) Offices.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Keep the office clean and tidy with all the necessary supplies
  2. Run office related errands within and outside the office on a daily basis
  3. Attend to all assigned customers’ requests and address their necessary complaints
  4. Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them when needed
  5. Monitor and update records and files
  6. Other duties will be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SSCE, Diploma, NCE and OND ONLY (No BSc or Other higher qualifications, otherwise they will be out-rightly rejected)
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience
  • Action-ready individuals. Company doesnt tolerate laziness or ethically deficient individuals
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
