Job Position: Head of Training & Development

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting a Head of Training & Development to ensure smooth delivery of all training programs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to generate target-based profit from Managing the “Head of Training & Development” Department.
  2. Activate all the previously signed agreements with Accredited Training Bodies.
  3. Sign 3 new agreements per year with new Accredited Training Bodies / Institutes.
  4. Advertize the current Training Courses (bus. dev. plan / social media/… ) to ensure agreements with new Corporate clients.
  5. Develop, Revise & Approve all the Training Material (PPT) before delivering to the clients.
  6. Assign the Instructors to the training sessions.
  7. Liaise with the Admin Manager to arrange the Venue/training, course files & certificates.
  8. Liaise with Accounts regarding the Invoicing and collection of training bills.
  9. Update the Training List and Calendar on a yearly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7 – 12 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
