Westfield Consulting Limited – Our client, a Financial Sevice Provider, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Follow through on set targets set for generating risk assets thereby creating revenues for the Organization.
  2. Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.
  3. Ensure prompt repayment on outstanding and due obligations.
  4. Attend trainings, meetings and sales team performance review sessions for the department on a weekly and monthly basis.
  5. Prompt processing of loan facilities.
  6. Effective collection of all Past Due Obligations (PDOs).
  7. Prompt processing of liquidation of facilities and rollovers.
  8. Effective Relationship Management
  9. Monthly achievement of P & L budgets
  10. Monthly achievement of Balance sheet
  11. Solicit/develop and maintain profitable long-term account relationship with customers.
  12. Implement plans for growing client base.
  13. Identify new business opportunities and high value relationships for conversion to the Organization’s customer base.
  14. Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  15. Appraise risk assets and monitor their disbursement.
  16. Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationship with customers.
  17. Ensure loan loss is in line with recommendations to Risk & Recovery
  18. Ensure Departmental operating cost is within approved budget.
  19. Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with relevant units and follow up on transaction processing to ensure customer instructions are attended to promptly and efficiently.
  20. Maintain adequate records of all transactions in the unit.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of First Degree in any discipline.
  2. Relevant professional certifications and/or a second degree are added advantages.
  3. Minimum of 2 years cognate work experience
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Sound judgement
  6. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proven experience in a customer facing role – preferably sales aligned
  8. Friendly and outgoing personality
  9. Self-starter who can work with little supervision
  10. Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs.
