Job Position: Head of Sales

Job Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing a new system for organization that helps the company with efficiency
  2. Set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports
  3. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  4. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  5. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Job Requirement

  • Educational qualifications: B.Sc / MSc.
