Job Position: Facility / Relationship Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a highly skilled Facility/Relationship Officer with experience in the real estate industry who will engage with clients and preserve trusting relationships.
- The ideal candidate should like interacting with people in various ways such as in person, through emails and talking over the phone.
- You must possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform audits of facilities in all managed properties to identify gaps, make recommendations, close gaps and implement an action plan.
- Conduct proactive preventive checks on all facilities to avoid downtime.
- Ensure our properties are prepared ahead for tenant occupancy.
- Ensure all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Market company properties for sale and leases.
- Manage complaints made to facility managers.
- Handle post-client and post-construction issues.
- Listen to and comprehend the client’s problems with the intent to solve them.
- Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.
- Prepare and send weekly Newsletters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Marketing or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years of experience.
- Experience working in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry is a plus.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly organised, thorough and detail oriented.
- Superior problem-solving skills in business and everyday situations.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve difficult issues.
- Ability to remain calm in frustrating situations.
- Effective written and oral communication abilities.
- Excellent recordkeeping and data entry skills.
