Job Position: Sales Executive – 15 Openings
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold-calling, prospecting, referrals and networking.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as other stakeholders.
- Implement new marketing initiatives.
- Meet monthly Sales targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and identify improvements in line with the market.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in any relevant field.
- 1 – 3 years in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal)skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
