Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s information and communication technology systems.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain the company’s ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  2. Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  3. Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the company’s data and systems
  4. Provide technical support to staff in resolving ICT-related issues
  5. Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures
  6. Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve the company’s operations and productivity
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in ICT and recommend upgrades or changes to existing systems as necessary
  8. Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors
  9. Maintain accurate records of all ICT equipment and software licenses

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Knowledge of ICT hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  5. Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and network security
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
