Job Position: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities; negotiating and closing business deals whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service to our clients to enable us to achieve our business objectives.
- The individual will also be responsible for the Company’s brand visibility and marketing via digital and other social media channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives and look for new, efficient ways to increase the patient base at the clinic.
- Promote the Clinic’s presence and visibility both online (social media platforms) and offline.
- Find new business opportunities and other medical-specific projects to enhance Clinic’s expansion.
- Organize and execute integrated marketing communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Take responsibility for the Clinic’s digital presence (website, social media, etc.) brand management, and communications program.
- Market/Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Monitor the Company’s presence on digital platforms and reach out to marketing leads through follow-up and cold calling
- Take responsibility for creating social media content including weekly newsletters and all outgoing media on behalf of the Company.
- Form partnerships with other hospitals to receive referrals for dental cases at our clinic.
- Develop connections and referrals with medical professionals, consultants, businessmen, and community leaders.
- Partner with other dental clinics to handle specialist cases they do not have the in-house capacity to treat.
- Work with HMOs to refer patients to the clinic.
- Visit schools to spread awareness and establish a long-lasting connection with the students.
- Make contact with people who have influence and who can spread the word about the clinic.
- Construct and deliver executive reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any related discipline.
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
- Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Relationship and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive nature.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
