Job Description
- We are looking for an Office Assistant residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs who willbe responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
- You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing inventories, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties.
- In addition to this applicants should be computer literate with proficiency in the use of microsoft office tools
Job Responsibilities
- Assistant to the product/sales department.
- Recording information as needed.
- Updating sales record, maintaining documents.
- Helping organize and maintain office.
- Performing general office duties.
- Maintaining supply inventory and inventory reports.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 3 years work experience.
- Candidate must be a female residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word & Excel).
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Ability to learn fast on the job.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
