Job Description

  1. We are looking for an experienced Computer Technician to join our team! As a Computer Technician at our company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing computers and networks.
  2. Your role will be crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure works properly with maximum capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Set up hardware
  2. Install software
  3. Maintain and repair technological equipment
  4. Manage software in computers and networks
  5. Ensure privacy and data protection
  6. Perform regular upgrades
  7. Perform regular backups
  8. Perform troubleshooting activities
  9. Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks
  10. Manage network components (servers, IPs, etc.)
  11. Manage and implement security solutions
  12. Create records of repairs and fixes
  13. Provide technical support
  14. Train and collaborate with other team members.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
  2. Previous working experience as a computer technician for a minimum of 3 years
  3. Any additional relevant diploma or certification will be considered as an advantage
  4. Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks
  5. In-depth knowledge of computer and IT systems, internet security and data privacy
  6. Outstanding troubleshooting skills
  7. Good time-management skills
  8. Ability to multi-task
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  10. Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
