Job Position: Customer Service Trainee

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  2. As a Graduate Trainee, you have the advantage of working with different teams within the company. This puts you in a position to understand how individual teams operate, and helps you better align your interests.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in trainings and work in the resolution and sales department
  2. Provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with customers.
  3. Escalate in a timely manner any issues of concern.
  4. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  5. Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  2. A positive attitude and a growth mindset
  3. Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills and commitment to exceptional delivery
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  7. Attention to detail
  8. High self-initiative.

Remunerations
N80,000 / Month.
