Job Description 

  1. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  2. Processing orders and transactions.
  3. Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
  4. Providing proactive customer outreach.
  5. Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
  6. Handling customer complaints
  7. Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
  8. Responding to customer reviews.
  9. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSc qualification
  2. Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening
  3. Creativity and adaptability
  4. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  5. Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities.
  6. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
