Job Position: Maintenance Technicians ( A/C and Electrical)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property’s facilities and equipment
  2. Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
  3. Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Job Requirements

  1. Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
  2. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  3. Highly responsible & reliable
