Job Description

  • The purpose of the Performance Management and productivity Specialist is to develop and execute programs and projects to evaluate, measure, and improve employee productivity and performance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of 2.2 / Upper Credit )in Human Resources, Social Science, Arts & Humanities orother related fields.
  2. Best practices relating to employee performance management
  3. Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and statutes.
  4. Experience and knowledge in Data Analytics.
  5. Excellent presentation skills
  6. Profiency level in the usage of Microsoft Office Suites eg, Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  7. Knowledge of human resources management principles, practices, and procedures.
  8. Knowledge of principles and practices of workforce planning, succession planning and strategic planning.
  9. Effectively communicating, both orally and written.
  10. Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  11. Critical thinking to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.
  12. Ability to develop and use of work simplification methods and statistical procedures.

Work Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience in performance management.
