Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. IT Officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems/server, network infrastructure, printer and scanners as well as provide Tier-1 level support on the EMR to all users.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Providing daily operations, systems and technical support across the company
  2. Verify functionality of hardware and software components
  3. Conducting monthly system backup operations
  4. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  5. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
  6. Learning/mastering all aspect of the EMR while keeping up with the latest upgrade
  7. Setting up accounts for staff on EMR software, educate them and resolve issues arising
  8. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  9. Maintaining records of software licenses
  10. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  11. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields.
  2. Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience

  3. Flexibility to respond to issues at odd hours of the day.
  4. Have the ability to multitask, work under pressure, take initiative, and acquire and apply technical skills as necessary.
