Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our company.
  2. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to implement effective marketing strategies, generate leads, and promote our brand.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns:

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  2. Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to promote our products/services.
  3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimise results.

Brand promotion and positioning:

  1. Assist in building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  3. Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  4. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.

Lead generation and conversion:

  1. Identify potential leads and develop strategies to attract and engage them.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  3. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Digital marketing and social media management:

  1. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer interactions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Event planning and coordination:

  1. Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
  3. Measure the impact of events and provide post-event analysis and reports.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years’ experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the [industry/sector] field.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
  6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  8. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  10. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  11. Knowledge of [specific software/tools] is a plus.
