Eric Kayser, a fast-growing Hospitality company with branches in Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos State, is looking for ambitious and skilled candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Centre Representative

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls
  2. Have a good knowledge of the company’s products
  3. Provided fast and friendly customer support over the phone
  4. Attend to customers’ needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems
  5. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  6. Escalating customer dissatisfaction and complaints in other to resolve any issue.
  7. Inform customers about the company’s new products, services and policies
  8. Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or purchasing company products.
  9. Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  10. Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  11. Provide Outstanding customer service to guests.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND in any field of study

Years of Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role obtained in a well-structured organization.

Skills / Abilities:

  1. Strong communication, both written and verbal
  2. Great active listening skills
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  4. A patient and empathetic attitude
  5. Strong time management and organizational skills
  6. Adaptability and flexibility
  7. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  8. Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
  9. Computer literacy
  10. Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  11. In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services.
