Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  2. Looking for potential clients opportunities.
  3. Attain or exceed objectives for security plans and up sell more opportunities to be created from new services.
  4. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  5. Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  6. Developing rapport with key decision makers.
  7. Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
  8. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  9. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  10. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly target.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related field is advantageous.
  • 3 – 7 years experience as a marketer/Sales officer in the service industry
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Ability to build potential client’s relationship.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Proactive, passionate, self-motivated & result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Candidates must possess the ability to draw new clients.
  • Candidate must be a team player and must be customer-centric.
  • Ability to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Attend events to showcase product features to potential customers.
  • Must be able to generate leads from personal networking efforts.
