Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements
  2. Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys and estimations
  3. Preparing contract documents and tenders
  4. Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses
  5. Allocating and monitoring the work of subcontractors
  6. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  7. Analyzing project outcomes and creating detailed financial reports
  8. Maximizing potential project income at all times
  9. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Building, Civil Engineering or related courses. A Masters would be a plus.
  • 4-8 years working experience as a quantity surveyor
  • Chartered, certified and registered Surveyor will be highly regarded
