Job Position: Food and Beverages Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  4. Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  6. Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  7. Comply with all health and safety regulations
  8. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Management or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years in similar position with industry experience
  3. Proficient in Microsoft office
  4. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  5. Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  6. Communication and leadership skills
  7. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  8. Ability to manage personnel
  9. Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
